Standard Delivery Fees
Per location - $20 flat rate
This applies to all residential and commercial areas in Singapore. For other locations, please refer to the Special Locations chart below.
Cancellation and Refund of Orders
Cancellation must be made at least 2 working days before the day of delivery.
Cancellation and refunds will not be allowed if the order has been delivered.
For successful cancellations, only 50% of the order value is refundable. Do kindly allow for 1-2 weeks for the processing of refunds.
Store Pick Up / Self Collection
There is no self-collection option at the moment, all orders will be delivered
Flexibility on Schedule
The timings stated on our delivery schedule are for reference only. We are not that strict and are quite flexible on our cut-off times.
For example, we might be able to provide same day delivery if you happened to place order at around 11.15am. Just call and enquire!

Twinklefloral always strives to process all orders to our best abilities. However, some unforeseen delays may be expected during processing and delivery times during busy festive periods like Chinese New Year and Christmas. In the event of such unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed as early as we could.
In the event of additional surcharge during festive seasons and public holidays, we will update and announce in advance a separate delivery schedule and fees if necessary.
*This surcharge is on top of the standard delivery fee of $20, the total of $35 delivery fee will be stated and added during check out.
We do not deliver to Jurong Island and Tekong.
